Matt D. Mandel was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1999 following his graduation from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Following law school, Mr. Mandel served as Law Clerk to Honorable Maurice J. Gallipoli, Presiding Judge, Hudson County Superior Court. Since completing his judicial clerkship, Matt Mandel has been practicing primarily in the area of civil and criminal litigation. He worked at two prominent litigation firms before joining with his Mother to form Mandel & Mandel in 2010.
In addition to general litigation, for the past decade, Mr. Mandel has focused on representing health care professionals in all aspects of health care practice, including representation at administrative and disciplinary proceedings before State Licensing Boards, insurance company audits, the sale/purchase of a professional practice, Medicaid/3rd party audits, DEA regulatory compliance/ hearings, defense against Medicaid/Medicare fraud charges as well as the purchase and sale of health care practices.
Matt is also counsel to Mandel & Sawyer, P.C. with whom he practices in the fields of real estate, personal injury and workers compensation.
