Pamela Mandel was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1976 following her graduation from Rutgers Law School with honors and began her career later that year as a Deputy Attorney General representing healthcare licensing Boards. After a three year term at the Attorney General’s Office, she entered private practice where she has been representing health care professionals in all aspects of health care practice, including representation at administrative and disciplinary proceedings before State Licensing Boards, insurance company audits, the sale/purchase of a professional practice, Medicaid/3rd party audits, DEA regulatory compliance/ hearings, defense against Medicaid/Medicare fraud charges as well as the purchase and sale of health care practices.

In addition to her decades long commitment to the professionals of New Jersey, Pamela Mandel focuses a portion of her practice on matrimonial law. Specifically, Divorce an Alimony/Spousal Support, Child Support, Custody and Parenting Time, Division of Assets/Equitable Distribution, Domestic Violence, Mediation and Arbitration, Modification of Orders or Agreements,
Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements.
